The Incubator is overseen by an Executive Group, with representatives from across healthcare sectors. The role of the Executive Group is to:
- lead decision-making that will enable the Incubator to achieve its strategic objectives.
- be responsible for monitoring and achieving progress towards KPIs.
- be responsible for effective communication of the Incubator’s goals and strategic response, including branding, marketing materials and relevant resources.
- provide regular updates to the NIHR Academy, including summaries of progress and future recommendations.
