Support or networking event that I find helpful?
1. Consortium building network events - Networking events around potential projects and funding calls that could benefit from input form multiple institutions. As is common practice in other research areas. 2. Mentoring events - at all levels I am happy to mentor others but also find difficult to find opportunities for mentoring when stepping up in leadership roles and how to encourage others, to build teams etc. 3.Research presentations - small preseantions, maybe 1h or so, of meaningful research that allowed people to talk/think about the field outside a conference settings
